Kuih Sagu is one of the popular delicious desserts in Malaysia and it's easy to prepare. Ingredients: 1 cup pearl sago 1 cup of sugar 1 cup water a pinch of salt 1 cup of grated coconut, mixed with a pinch of salt red food coloring Method: Wash and soak sago for about 20 minutes. Then drain the sago. Boil water, sugar, and the food color in a pot. Let the sugar dissolve for a while. Put in the sago and stir well until the sago becomes clear and cooked. Pour the sago into a container and let it cool down or put in a refrigerator. Lastly, cut cooked sago with a knife or plastic cutter (grease with little oil) into small pieces and coat with coconut before serving.
